The Virtus Group has been actively servicing clients in the UK and Other International locations from its London office since 2016. Its primary activities initial activities involved in Real Estate deal structuring for its existing clientele which later progressed naturally to bespoke joint venture development projects, investments and today offering groupwide services to Clients locally in the UK and beyond.

Virtus participates in the local UK and international projects through direct investment structure, Private Equity/Stakeholder model, investment/private fund manager (by PoA Mandate), or through a deal brokerage model for all types of projects and investments across industries.

Our Clients are varied by sector and include Real Estate, Healthcare, Government, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, IT & ITES, Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), General Trading, Shipping & Logistics, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Education, Oil & Gas, Energy & Waste Management.
